PIN Selection/Changes and Debit Card Activation:
Members now have the ability to safely change their debit or ATM PIN (Personal Identification Number) numbers or activate new debit cards 24 hours/7 days a week through an interactive voice response system. Through this system you can:
• Select a new PIN for your debit or ATM card.
• Change your PIN for your debit or ATM card.
• Activate a new debit card.
To activate and set your Personal Identification Number (PIN), call the number above and follow the prompts. You will be asked questions to verify your identity.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Your debit card must be activated before it can be used. Once activated you can use your debit card anywhere you see the VISA logo. We recommend you choose credit when given the option.
Your debit or ATM card may be used at any of the 30,000+ CO-OP Network ATMs nationwide.
