      Upstate credit unions and the Carolinas Credit Union Foundation hosted their Third Annual Charity Golf Tournament benefitting the Children’s Hospital of Greenville Health System at the Preserve at Verdae on October 6, 2014. With more than 30 teams, the event raised over $50,000.       Hundreds of members and community friends showed up at the Greer Branch for our Community Shred Day on September 12. Visitors lined up early to drop off items for shredding and destruction, and continued to stream through all day.     Greenville Federal Credit Union, along with many other credit unions in the Upstate, completed its first Annual Golf Tournament benefiting the Children’s Hospital System at Willow Creek Golf Club in October. More than 22 teams and sponsors enjoyed a fun day of golf and fellowship. The first year event raised more than $21,000, already close to the credit union’s pledge of $25,000 over the next three years.

  • Pelham Road branch celebrates a big anniversary.

    Pelham Road Branch celebrated its 5th Anniversary on Friday, October 12 by hosting the credit union's second annual Shred Fest. The day included B93.7’s Hawk and Tom Show on location along with many activities and refreshments for all members who attended. Shred-a-way provided not one, but two mobile shred units that destroyed all documents on the spot.
