Current Opening: Full-time Member Specialist
Greenville Federal Credit Union is searching for a full-time Member Specialist position. Focus is on providing superior member service by handling all member requests to complete resolution in a courteous and timely manner; and, cross-selling products and services with the goal of educating and meeting our members’ needs financially. This position is responsible for greeting members in the branch; opening new member accounts, IRA’s, CD’s, etc.; completing account transactions and maintenance, ACH stop pays and wire transfers at the member’s request. This position will also be responsible taking loan applications and processing loan payments according to standard procedures; conduct and ensure closings are accurate and timely along with booking loans; completing a satisfaction of lien request; complete vehicle evaluation; and, completing the Docusign process.
Qualified candidates should possess at least one to three years of similar or related experience in the lending/financial industry and education equivalent to two years of college or an Associate’s Degree in a related field of study. Candidates should also possess the ability to communicate with members in a clear, concise, and professional manner with basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook software. Eligibility and ability to register with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry is required.
