Current Opening: Full-time Account Specialist
Greenville Federal Credit Union is searching for a full-time Account Specialist position. This position is responsible for answering all in-coming calls with a focus on providing superior member service. Responsibilities include assisting members with ATM/VISA debit/credit card questions, including but not limited to: limit increases, travel status, clearing fraud, general card inquiry, new and replacement orders; processing online memberships ,file adverse actions, open CDs, IRAs, and close memberships as necessary; performing member requests for account service, including but not limited to: check orders, general account questions, account reconciliation, phone payments, transfers, faxes, and address changes as well as cross-selling products and services with the goal of educating and meeting our members’ needs financially. Additional responsibilities include processing loan requests, online membership applications, and online banking messages. Qualified candidates should possess minimum of one year of sales experience within a retail or contact center environment or similar customer service environment as well as the ability to communicate with members in a clear, concise and professional manner.
