Membership
Our community charter allows anyone who lives, works, worships or attends school in Greenville County to become a member. So just about anybody (including relatives of members) can join. As a not-for-profit alternative to traditional banking, Greenville Federal Credit Union members enjoy more money-saving advantages, including higher returns on deposits, lower loan rates, and fewer fees overall. Here’s how you can join and prosper:
- Fill out a Membership Application to open your Share Savings
Account
- Submit your application with a one-time $5 membership fee, and
minimum $25 Share Savings Account deposit
- Receive your account number and information
- Access your financial services through our website or contact a
Member Service Representative at any branch location
- All deposits are federally insured up to $100,000 by the National
Credit Union Administration – a U.S. government agency
