New Fraud Text Alert System implemented on Tuesday, Dec. 4th.

September 26th, 2018 by Catherine James

Great news! During the first week of December the credit union implemented a Fraud Text Alert system that allows us to send mobile text alerts to members when suspicious activity is detected on their debit card accounts.

If you have a credit union debit card and a current cell number listed in your online banking account profile, you may have received a text alert to your cell phone which will allow you to activate your enrollment in the Alert service. If you wish to enroll in this free service, please follow the prompts and reply YES. (Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your carrier to see what your plan entails.)

We’re pleased to provide this additional fraud prevention measure that enables you to proactively help monitor and prevent fraud on your Greenville Federal Credit Union debit card accounts. For questions about this new Fraud Alert system please call our Contact Center at 800.336.6309.
