Travel and Emergency Assistance Service
Your covered Visa Card offers access to a multilingual call center—24 hours a day, 365 days a year—to assist you wherever you are. Emergency assistance includes: medical referral, transportation, message service, prescriptions, valuable document delivery arrangements, legal referral, ticket replacement, lost luggage locator, and language translation. Card Security and Fraud Protection
The Visa Signature card offers the security of embedded chip technology, Visa’s Zero Liability Policy3 and live, 24/7 benefits and claims support.
Emergency Card Replacement and Cash Disbursement
If your Visa Signature card is lost, stolen or damaged, you can get a card replacement and cash disbursement in one business day or, in some cases, within 24 hours after approval.
Travel Accident Insurance
Receive accident insurance coverage for you and eligible family members when you pay for travel tickets with your Visa Signature card. More information can be found in the Guide to Benefits.
Auto Rental Collision Damage Waiver
Drive with peace of mind knowing your rental car is covered for damages from collision or theft when you rent with your covered Visa card. More information can be found in the Guide to Benefits.
Visa Signature offers 24-hour, toll-free referral dispatch for emergency roadside assistance. Get connected to the Roadside Dispatch service for help with towing, tire changes, fuel delivery and more. This is a pay-per-use roadside assistance program. Lost Luggage Reimbursement
If you pay for your travel tickets with your covered Visa Signature card, you’re eligible for reimbursement if your luggage is lost. More information can be found in the Guide to Benefits.
Warranty Manager Service
When you use your covered Visa Signature card for your purchase, Warranty Manager Service will extend the life of your existing U.S. manufacturer’s warranty of 3 years or less. For warranties of less than one year, the term is doubled; for warranties of 1 year up to 3 years, the warranty is extended for an extra year. More information can be found in the Guide to Benefits.
We will reimburse the Insured Person up to the Daily Benefit Amount of $100 per day, in the event of a Baggage Delay. Baggage Delay means a delay or misdirection of the Insured Person’s Baggage by a Common Carrier for more than 4 hours from the time the you arrive at the destination on the ticket. Our payment is limited to expenses incurred for the emergency purchase of essential items needed by the Insured Person while on a Common Carrier Covered Trip and at a destination other than the Insured Person’s primary residence. Free Balance Transfer
Consolidate multiple credit card balances to your Greenville Federal Credit Union Visa for better terms and the convenience of one monthly payment. Balance transfers are always free.
You have three ways to transfer a balance to your credit union Visa: by visiting a branch, by calling our Contact Center, or by utilizing Online Banking. Before getting started you’ll need the name of the other card’s financial institution, payment mailing address, full account number and your current balance.
Come by any branch or call our Contact Center (800.336.6309). Or, help yourself by logging in to Online Banking, selecting your credit card account, then find Credit Card Statements and Management, and then Services/Balance Consolidation in the menu. Follow the prompts.
The credit union will apply the other card’s balance to your credit union VISA, while at the same time issue and send a check for the payoff of your balance directly to the financial institution of the other card. There is no charge for this service.

International Transaction Monitoring
Traveling outside of the U.S? Please notify the credit union. To protect your account, the credit union monitors your Visa transactions for potentially fraudulent activity for all international transactions, a sudden string of costly purchases, or any pattern associated with new fraud trends around the world. Some transactions may be blocked. Members who plan on using their cards out of state or internationally should contact the credit union to exclude their cards from this block. This safety feature is designed to prevent fraud when you least expect it. If you card is blocked, contact 1-866-820-6796 to have your card unblocked.
*The Annual Percentage Rate can change on a quarterly basis. The rate is determined by using an independent Index—the Wall Street Journal Prime Rate (when a range of rates has been published, the highest rate will be used)—rounded up to the next even quarter percent, and to the Index is added a margin of 7.99% points. The Index used will be the Prime Rate as of the 15th day of January, April, July, and October; and your rate can change with each monthly statement cut-off in March, June, September and December.

6 Free Balance Transfer/Consolidation allows the credit union to process balance transfer requests to your Visa Signature card. For security purposes, cardholders will be required to go through an authentication/verification process before a balance consolidation is processed. This is a free service. Balance transfers do not earn rewards.
