IMPORTANT: Branch Lobby Reopening June 1

As we look at all the guidance from various officials, we want to be certain that we open our branch lobbies responsibly in an effort to keep our members and employees safe.  

Lobbies to Open for Limited Services on June 1

Starting Monday, June 1 and until further noticelobby access will be limited to in-office and safe deposit box visits only.  Member Service Representatives will be available to assist visitors with loans, membership and new accounts. The teller counters or “hubs” inside each branch will remain closed for cash or check transactions. All teller transactions will be processed in the Drive Thru.

When You Arrive:  Please check in with the greeter at the lobby entrance and they will help you find a safe area to wait until a Member Service Representative is available.  Lobbies will be open from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Thursday, and 9 AM to 6 PM on Friday.  

Did you know?  All of our loan, membership and new account applications can be submitted online and completed without needing to physically visit a branch.  


Drive Thru and Contact Center Extended Operating Hours

The credit union will continue its extended Drive Thru and Contact Center hours of 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday, to allow additional time during the day for members to address any banking needs. Remember, Online/Mobile Banking and PhoneBranch are available for use 24/7. 


Keeping You (and Us) Safe

  • The credit union is following all cleaning and health safety recommendations provided by the CDC and SCDHEC. 
  • Help us practice social distancing by keeping 6 feet between you and other people when visiting. 
  • Masks are welcome and encouraged, but we may ask you to briefly lower yours for identification. 
  • Hand sanitizer stations will be available at every entrance.
  • If you are ill or showing any symptoms, we ask that you please use the Drive Thru, call our Contact Center or use our online services.
