Greenville Federal Credit Union and The Greenville News announced Andre Webb as the April, 2021 "Community Hero" honoree. Webb is recognized for launching a food relief program during the pandemic that consistently provides food for more than 20 Latino families every week.

The credit union is pleased to recognize Andre Webb for his passion and commitment to serving the local Latino population through Mosaic’s Food Relief and Educational and Arts Programs.
A plea for nominations. Do you know an unsung hero? Each month nominations will be collected for candidates that work in health care, public safety, education, the military, nonprofit agencies and the business world, the religious sector, entertainment or athletics. They can be a student or a young child or a retiree, etc. The selected "Hero" will be profiled in the Greenville News and recognized at a County Council meeting.
