Greenville Federal Credit Union was named “Best Mortgage Lending Company” in The Greenville News Best of the Upstate 2023 competition.

The Greenville News sponsors The Best of the Upstate awards each year to feature regional businesses in hundreds of categories ranging from best salon to best recreational shop and best real estate agency. Nominees were submitted and voted for directly by the community.

Greenville Federal Credit Union was among five local companies nominated in the Best Mortgage Lending Company category. The top three finalists included Latham Mortgage Group/Paramount Residential Mortgage Group and The CL Team – Apex Home Loans.  The finalists were invited to the Best of the Upstate Announcement event in July where the winners were revealed.

“This recognition speaks to the dedication and talent of our team, and to their tremendous commitment to providing the best possible mortgage experience for our members,” said Paul Hughes, credit union CEO. “We are thankful for those who nominated and voted for us in this unique category and appreciate their enthusiastic support.”
