FAQ - Online Bill Pay

Q. Will I be able to access Online Bill Pay during conversion? 

No. Online Bill Pay will be unavailable starting on Monday, February 24 through Monday, March 2 at 12:00 pm. Please confirm and set up any Online Bill Payments prior to Monday, February 24.

Q. Will my scheduled payments in Online Bill Pay get paid?  

Yes. Any scheduled bill payments set up prior to Monday, February 24 will be processed as scheduled.

Q. Will my Online Bill Pay history transfer to the new Online Bill Pay system?  

Yes. Online Bill Pay history will transfer to the new system.

Q. Will my scheduled payments and payees transfer to the new Online Bill Pay platform?  

Yes, however, it is important for users to log in and verify payees and payment schedules in the new platform. In some cases, users may need to re-established person-to-person payees and payment schedules. eBills will not transfer. 

NOTE: Previously scheduled bill-pay processing dates may now occur earlier than before. A review of all due dates and processing dates is recommended.  

Q. Will my eBills transfer to the new system?

No. eBills will have to be set up again. 

Q. Can I add new payees beginning March 2?  

Yes, however, new payees will need to be added through Online Banking via a desktop computer, not through the Mobile Banking App.
