Kasasa Loan Conversion

Your Greenville Federal Credit Union Take-Back loan is about to get even better!
Starting Feb. 3, you will be able to manage your Take-Back® loan inside the credit union’s Online and Mobile Banking platform, right alongside your other credit union accounts. You will no longer need the Kasasa Loan app to manage your account and use your loan’s take-back features. This integration will give you better, more convenient access to your loan account, and will help us provide a much-improved experience for you.
On the weekend of January 31, 2025, the credit union will move or “convert” all existing Kasasa Take-Back Loans to our core banking system. This conversion should be a seamless transition for you, with the main difference being where you will access your Take-Back loan on Monday, Feb. 3, which will be within our Online and Mobile banking platform. Your account number will change, but the terms of your loan will remain the same and all scheduled loan payments will process as normal. All previous account transactions will display within the Online and Mobile Banking app, and prior monthly loan statements will be available within our e-statements portal. During the week prior to conversion, take-back functionality will be paused in preparation for this process. Below are key dates leading up to and during conversion weekend.
